MODIFICATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS

We work hard to create recipes and flavor combinations to make our cakes special. Because of this, we do not accommodate modifications to menu items (removing nuts, changing fillings/icings, etc.). If you would like to order a custom cake, then we can work with you on creating something new.

REFUNDS

Cake flavor and texture are subjective. We make everything from scratch and bake to order. Refunds requested due to flavor, texture, or presentation will not be honored. You may qualify for a partial refund IF we determine that the cake was not up to our rigorous standards. Any issues must be brought to our attention within 24 hours after receipt of the cake. All sales on shipped cakes are final because too many elements are beyond our control.

RESPONSIBILITY

All products are the sole responsibility of the client once you pick up your order. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport. Cakes are fragile and damages can happen if not handled or stored properly. 

CANCELLATIONS

Due to being a small shop, we can only take so many orders on our schedule. If an order is cancelled less than 24 hours before it’s scheduled pickup, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a party date changes due to illness/emergency/etc. - we may be able to transfer your entire order to a future date without the loss of your deposit (48hrs notice or more is ideal).

DECORATIONS

Every order is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our pastry chef. We make no claims that each cake will look the same every time or that it will look exactly the way it does on our site. 

We do not recreate cakes from photos or other designers’ work. We are a couture bakery boutique with our own style and look. All of our cakes are one of a kind. 

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid on full at the time they are placed on our website or over the phone. Custom orders and large orders, will require a 50% deposit and final payment when notified the order is ready. No orders will be given to the client without full payment. 

NOTICE

For local orders, we require 72 hours notice for cakes and at least one week for cupcake orders.

ALLERGENS

We are not an allergy free facility. There are nuts, dairy, and wheat present in our production area.
