We are not hiring at this time.
CAN THE CARTER CAKERY DONATE TO MY CHARITY?
We strive to produce the highest quality baked goods at the highest level of responsibility and we believe in giving back to our community. However, we reserve the right to refuse all requests for donations when our production schedule does not permit or when we cannot properly vet the organization or event.
DO YOU DECORATE CAKES OR BUILD CAKES IN SHAPES OR ITEMS SUCH AS TRUCKS OR CHARACTERS?
We create tasteful, classic decorations for our layer cakes and some bundt cakes. We do not create characters or shape cakes. Our aesthetic is specific. Also, we do not and will not, under any circumstances, decorate any cake with lewd, crude, vulgar, or obscene sayings or imagery. Do not ask.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY CAKE?
We are happy to work with clients to develop new flavor profiles or colors for cakes. As we make everything from scratch, we may not be able to accommodate every request.
CAN I POST PICTURES OF MY CAKE ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes! Please share the love. However, if you alter our cake in any way (change decorations, add obscene or trademarked cake toppers, etc.), we will ask you to remove the post or untag us.
DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION?
No. Live a little, have a slice.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES, CAN YOU BAKE FOR ME?
We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. All of our products are baked in an environment when wheat, dairy, and nuts are constantly present.
DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGAR-FREE OR GLUTEN-FREE DESSERTS?
As we care about quality, we do not currently offer sugar or gluten free desserts and will not until the recipes can pass our standards for taste and texture.
IS THE CARTER CAKERY KOSHER?
We are not.
CAN I PLACE AN ADVANCE ORDER?
Yes. For local orders, pay on our website and in the notes section, indicate what day you would like to pick up the cake. For Nationwide shipping, place the order and indicate in the notes section the date you need to have the cake delivered.
CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THE CAKES I SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
No. We do not allow modifications or substitutions to our products. Check back for new seasonal flavors.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We charge $15 PER CAKE. There are no shipping discounts for multiple cake purchases because we must ship each cake separately in its own box.
WHAT IF IāM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
Because tastes are subjective, we do not provide refunds. However, we would hope that we can serve you better in the future.
